Meet our founder

Ha-Tien began her career as a designer in the advertising and editorial world. Over 15 years, she has led creative teams across beauty, fashion, and wellness, working with brands like Clinique, MAC Cosmetics, Tarte, and TULA Skincare.

She champions craft as much as she champions change. Her approach is grounded in exceptional execution and driven by a genuine belief that pushing boundaries and maintaining quality are not opposites. They are the same thing.
